CDES Publications
The Centre for the Law and Economics of Sport is a study and research centre which publishes on a regular basis.
A research centre whose raison d’être is based on the ideological determination to preserve the fundamental principles of sport by ensuring its economic and legal regulation, along with its social and educational function. To that effect, we publish a collection of works on the law and economics of sport (Dalloz), a code of sport that is regularly reissued by Dalloz, as well as Jurisport, a monthly review of the law and economics of sport.
This is a professional analytical review of the world of sport that has been published in partnership with CNOSF since 1996. It was formerly called the “Revue Juridique et Economique du Sport” (RJES) and became a monthly in 2010.
11 issues per year are published and they are available on subscription.
