Research on Third-Party Ownership (TPO)

In June 2014, CDES, mandated by FIFA, submitted a study related to the Third-Party-Ownership (TPO). It was aimed at describing the actors involved and their practices, analysing the economic weight of TPO and its impact on professional football clubs, professional football players and the football sector in general.
