As CDES is above all an expert in sport, it has developed and established many partnerships with different French and international sports organisations. These partnerships enable us to ensure our training missions, so as to provide sports clubs and institutions with the solid base they need to organise themselves. They focus mainly on implementing three of our training programmes: the “General Manager of Professional Sport Clubs” University Diploma, which we set up to support former professional athletes in their career change; the “Stadium Manager” University Diploma, that provides sports clubs and institutions with the stadium managers they need in order to establish a new business model; MESGO, the most recent CDES training programme, is for leaders in the European sports sector. In addition to these courses, CDES offers human resources to many committees of sports organisations (disciplinary and management control, etc.). Thus, the CDES team are voluntary members of a national commission.
The partnerships that we have built with these sports organisations allow us to be receptive to and understand their expectations on a daily basis; in this way, we can anticipate the training needs of the sector. This daily immersion in the working of French and international sports bodies allows us to be at the heart of their concerns. It is through this mutual input that CDES can better meet their needs.
