"It was an honour for Birkbeck to be invited by CDES to join the group of European universities chosen to deliver the MESGO programme. CDES has long enjoyed a reputation as the leading academic centre in France for the study of the economy and legal framework of the sport system, its training programmes having educated a number of generations of the leading sport administrators and managers in France. Latterly CDES has played a leadership role in researching the European sport system, notably through a number of projects carried out on behalf of the European Commission, and in promoting and developing the highest quality of management education for professionals in the European sport system. It has been our pleasure to work in collaboration with our colleagues at CDES."

Le Master 2 Droit et économie du sport du CDES délocalisé en Amérique latine
Depuis plusieurs années, la Faculté de Droit et des Sciences Economiques de Limoges et le CDES mènent un projet de coopération internationale visant à développer une formation en Amérique Latine. Ce projet, qui a vu le jour en 2007, a reçu dès le départ l'approbation et le soutien financier de la Faculté de Droit et de Sciences Economiques, de la Direction de la Coopération Internationale et de l'Université de Limoges.
